Our background is in hotels and fine dining, so we listen first, anticipate needs, and never let a client feel like a number. We build lasting relationships in our community by showing up with honesty, patience, and a genuine commitment to making your next move feel effortless.
02 The Agents
CANDACE CALLAWAY
Candace Headrick Callaway is a Dallas, Georgia native with a background in business, marketing, event planning, real estate, and community service. A 2013 Kennesaw State University graduate, she currently owns and manages CHC Real Estate and works with her family’s businesses.
Candace is also active in local government and community organizations. She serves on the Dallas City Council, is Vice President of the Paulding County Rotary Club, and sits on the Board of the Dallas Woman’s Club. She lives in Dallas with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs, and is committed to serving and strengthening her community.

KATIE COLÓN
Katie Colón is a Georgia native and Georgia State University graduate with a background in hotel management and event planning. Her passion for serving others and building relationships naturally led her to real estate, where she is committed to providing honest guidance, clear communication, and personalized service.
A proud Acworth resident, Katie lives with her husband and their three children. As a local mom, she understands the importance of finding not only the right home, but the right community. She is dedicated to helping clients navigate buying or selling with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care.
